Admission at Willow Tree Montessori
Welcome to the beginning of your journey with Willow Tree Montessori.
The following steps will guide you through the admissions process and outline what you can expect during your journey.
Apply
As we have limited spaces available for the incoming 2025-26 school year, we encourage families to apply to Willow Tree Montessori as soon they are able. Families may download the Application of the Interested Program below to complete the first step. Once submitted along with a New Family Application Fee of $100, parents will receive a decision on placement for your child. An Enrollment Agreement will be
2. Receive an Enrollment Agreement
Once the previous steps have been completed, a timely decision will be made regarding your child’s placement at WTM. Admission decisions are based on three factors: (1) The family’s ability to support Montessori pedagogy and the WTM community, (2) the needs of the existing class with regard to age and gender to balance the overall community, and (3) the Parent Interview during the initial tour of the school campus and meetings with the teaching staff.
3. Return the Enrollment Contract
If a position is offered to your family, we ask that you fill out and return the Enrollment Contract, along with a non-refundable Tuition Deposit of 10% within 2 weeks. Upon receipt of a non-refundable Tuition Deposit and Enrollment Contract, we will secure a place for your child in our program.
4. Child Visit
Once the Enrollment Agreement has been submitted, your child will be invited to Willow Tree Montessori to shadow a peer within the classroom. It is an opportunity to experience the specially prepared environment and allows the Guide to see your child respond and move within it. This is an important interaction that will enable a bond to begin forming between your child and his/her teacher. If for any reason after the child visit, WTM doesn’t see
To Explore WTM, Schedule a Parent Tour of the School
Parents may choose to visit the school for a Parent Tour, and participate in an informational meeting with an admissions officer.
This initial tour is for adults only. We are unable to accommodate children during this visit, we will be unable to conduct the Parent Observation part of the tour. Children will be invited to visit our facilities later in the admissions process.
